This policy explains how Cerebral Code LLC ("Cerebral Code", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our company website, cerebralcode.dev (the "Site").
Our apps have their own policies
This policy covers only this Site. Each app we publish or build has its own privacy policy and terms of use, available on that app's website and its App Store listing. Those documents, not this one, describe what information the app collects and how it is used. Where we build an app on behalf of a client, such as a university or research group, that client's policies may also apply.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name, and anything you include in your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time, to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or forms, and we do not ask for any sensitive or health information through it.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Google Cloud and Firebase Hosting. To display the Site, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address and browser information when those files load, and its use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
The Site links to other websites, including our clients' and partners' sites and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Retention
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its standard retention periods.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us by emailing contact@cerebralcode.dev.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
